RVSP / PASP from TR velocity

RVSP ≈ 4×(TR Vmax)² + RAP. Often used as PASP if no RVOT/pulmonic stenosis.

Always sanity-check Doppler alignment and TR envelope quality. Underestimation is common with incomplete envelopes.
